Payment & Delivery


Mexican Tile Designs accepts VISA, MasterCard, cashier's checks, and money orders for your purchases made through our safe online system, by phone, mailed, or faxed orders. 

We DO NOT accept personal checks or orders by email (as it is NOT secure).   


Sale Taxes and Duties:

Sales tax is ONLY applied for purchases made by Pennsylvania residents. Duties for shipments sent outside the US may be assessed by the country of residence. Any such duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


When will my order be delivered?

We make every attempt to ship your order within a few days; however, this cannot be guaranteed.  Once your order has been carefully boxed and is ready for pickup by our Shipper, you will receive an Order Status email with information about how to track it on your computer. Please note that we do not ship on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve. Holidays will delay delivery of items.
All orders will be shipped via FedEx, USPS, or a reputable freight company depending on the order size and destination.  We have no control over how long the order spends in transit once it leaves our warehouse, however delivery times are usually specified during the CheckOut process.
