**PRE-SEALED is a oil based penetrating sealer that provides water resistance to the surface of the tile. This is a step required prior to grouting and applying a TOPICAL FINISH.

These traditional red clay Saltillo Mexican Floor tiles are each handcrafted by artisan families in Mexico. They come in 4”x4”, 6”x6”, 4”x8”, 8”x8”, 6”x12”, 12”x12”, 8”x14”, 8”x16”, and 16”x16” sizes.
